BioWho I am: Married, no kids. Live in Queens, New York City. Human--makes mistakes, try to learn from them.
What I do: Composer, lyricist, conductor, arranger; songwriter/performer (vocalist, guitar, mandolin, keyboards); educator, writer. A lot of my arranging is published, some of my own music as well. Works getting recorded on Capstone, etc. Singer/songwriter stuff also getting recorded independently. Curious? Check this out.
What I do for fun: Travel (whenever possible--8 countries on 3 continents, 17 states so far, but the individual places are the most interesting); museum-going (art, natural history, etc.); reading (science fiction, mysteries, and whatever else catches my fancy. People watching, preferably while sipping cappuccino at an outdoor cafe.
What I look like: Male, in my 50s; some folks say I look more and more like Willie Nelson, in a good way, whatever that means, sometimes like Steven Spielberg (depending on the hat). I don't care. I still have all my hair, including my beard and mustache; head hair is mostly reddish brown, beard is mostly white. Taller than Paul Simon, shorter than Shaq. Thinner than Drew Carey, bulkier than Don Knotts.
